وَٱلۡعَصۡرِ1

Ayah 1

Translation of the meaningBy the ˹passage of˺ time

إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَفِي خُسۡرٍ2

Ayah 2

Translation of the meaningSurely humanity is in ˹grave˺ loss

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ3

Translation of the meaningexcept those who have faith, do good, and urge each other to the truth, and urge each other to perseverance
